Client Overview
Monarch High School, part of Broward County Public Schools, is undergoing a major renovation under the SMART Program with a focus on upgrading its HVAC systems and building envelope. Thermal Concepts was selected by Pirtle Construction Company to deliver HVAC construction services that align with the school’s modernization and energy-efficiency goals.
Scope of Work
In collaboration with Pirtle Construction, Thermal Concepts provided complete HVAC engineering and installation services for Monarch High School.
Facility Modernization Support
This $3.7 million project is part of a district-wide effort to modernize school infrastructure and improve learning environments. Monarch High’s improvements target both interior comfort and long-term building performance. The HVAC upgrades are scheduled for completion by Q3 2025.
