Project Summary:
Thermal Concepts has been awarded a large project working with Trane and Tyrone Electrical at the Seminole Tribe of Florida Big Cypress & Immokalee Reservations in Clewiston, FL. & Immokalee, FL. As usual, our client has provided an extremely demanding target date of completion. The team has spent many hours of pre-planning & coordinating on the front end to meet the very fluid logistical challenges that a multi-site, multi-contractor, out of town project will demand. Our team will face many hours of windshield time as well as a very extremely fast pace of work throughout this project, requiring mostly 10-14 hours days. All the while wearing face masks and PPE required to follow CDC & OSHA Guidelines. As most of us know firsthand or could imagine, working on the roof or above a ceiling in the heat while dressed in full PPE with a face mask is not typically a very comfortable situation to be in. Especially for extended periods of time. I feel very fortunate to be part of this amazing team of guys that will undoubtedly overcome the day to day challenges. Crossing the finish line on time and under budget.
Thank you for doing “Whatever it takes” to keep this machine moving forward boys!

Cardone Enterprises is one of the newest BMS installations completed by Roth Southeast
Many of you have probably seen the 10X logo around the office or heard about the 10X leadership conference last year, Shelby Wilson took the words he heard to task and secured a Service Contract at their Corporate Office Building in Aventura. Upon learning they had humidity issues in the building, Shelby brought in Roth Southeast to help with a solution. After some discovery, we learned the units were oversized and not cycling cooling long enough to properly dehumidify. Roth Southeast used a Schneider Electric control solution using programable thermostats that proudly display the customers 10X logo, coupled with VFDs for reducing off coil temperatures on partial load to resolve the humidity issue.
Great job Bic Vest, Bryan O’Neill, and Marcus Francis!
