With over 25 years of experience in operations, M&A, and organizational integration, Jay focuses on preserving the culture and reputation of partner companies while unlocking new growth through shared resources, advanced technology, and proven business strategies. Under his leadership, Thermal Concepts has successfully integrated Roth Southeast, Irvine Mechanical, and Five Seasons Mechanical—and continues to seek strong regional partners who value excellence, innovation, and long-term success.
