Our service division was created as a natural extension of our new construction division, to help our clients protect the long term integrity and performance of their building’s mechanical systems through properly scheduled preventative maintenance. Whether or not Thermal Concepts performed the original construction, building owners, property managers and facility engineers rely on our service division for cost-effective maintenance and repairs to drive the highest possible ROI from their mechanical systems.
Our service division has a dedicated staff of account managers, field technicians and dispatchers available 24 / 7 / 365 to answer emergency calls, diagnose problems and perform immediate repairs for all commercial, industrial and high-rise residential buildings.
