The Thermal Concepts family of businesses was started in 1983 by Larry Maurer—building ductwork for other mechanical contractors in the parking lot of his apartment complex. Self-taught, intuitive and highly passionate about mechanical systems, Larry and his brother Jesse have grown the company into one of the largest and well-respected HVAC contractors in the southeastern United States. For over 30 years, our new construction business has focused on the South Florida market and developed a proven track record for top quality design and construction installations.
We self-perform all work with a full-time staff of the industry’s most talented project managers, superintendents, cost estimators, BIM designers, pipefitters, welders, duct installers, laborers and project administrators. We work in seamless collaboration with all project stakeholders to drive success in virtually all commercial, industrial, and multi-family project types. Our new construction projects vary in size from less than $5 million to well over $50 million in new HVAC, duct, refrigeration and other building mechanical systems.
